Lasciare insaporire anche solo 15 minuti vanno bene, più tempo lo lasciate più sarà gustoso.</span></div>

<span style="color: purple; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Per prima cosa dovete lavorare il burro fuso con lo xilitolo o eritritolo finchè diventerà un composto chiaro e spumoso, aggiungere un primo uovo ed amalgamarlo bene e fare lo stesso col secondo uovo, poi andrete ad aggiungere la scorza del limone e la farina di farro con il lievito (possibilmente setacciandoli).</span></div>

<span style="color: purple; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Ora preparerete le mele (non fatele troppo presto perchè si ossidano molto velocemente quindi io vi consiglio o di passarle col limone oppure di prepararle solo quando le dovrete aggiungere) dovete fare 250 gr circa a pezzi e 250 gr a fette. Mescolate le mele a pezzi all'impasto e poi lo mettete nella teglia imburrata e infarinata con la farina di farro, poi sopra mettete le fette di mele.</span></div>

Facciamo una torretta con almeno 4 strati alternati e finiamo con pomodoro e grana. Inforniamo a 180° per circa 15/20 minuti controllando che la parte sopra risulti, a fine cottura, leggermente dorata.</span></div>

Poi lo si passa al microonde 5 minuti a potenza massima. Lasciare raffreddare (mi raccomando) e poi strizzarlo bene con un canovaccio pulito per togliere l'eccesso d'acqua. </span></div>

Qui avremo laprima cottura ovvero 10 minuti a 180° finchè non diventa un pochino dorato.</span></div>

<span style="color: purple; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Mescolare e setacciare tutti gli ingredienti secchi in una ciotolina tranne lo xilitolo che metteremo invece nel burro precedentemente sciolto in microonde. Una volta sciolto lo xilitolo uniremo il composto agli ingredienti secchi e poi l'uovo mescolando bene con una forchetta o con la frusta.</span><br />
<span style="color: purple; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">A questo punto io la divido in due cocottine, che ho prima imburrato leggermente, perchè una intera è fin troppa (ma con una tazza mug grande dovrebbe venire una bella porzione) e metto in microonde alla massima potenza per 60 secondi.</span><br />

<span style="color: purple; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Poi dobbiamo sbattere le uova col formaggio e il sale e unirvi le verdure tiepide e la mortadella (io l'avevo surgelata perchè mi era avanzata dal buffet del battesimo di Diego e così ho evitato di buttarla).</span><br />
<span style="color: purple; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">A questo punto si versa tutto in uno stampo foderato di carta forno, si spruzza con un po'di parmigiano e si inforna per circa 30 minuti a 170/180 gradi (gli ultimi 5 minuti di grill per dorare la superficie).</span><br />

Montate bene il tutto finché risulta bello sodo (in pratica è come se fosse panna montata ma più compatta e il bello è che non si scioglie né si indurisce quindi a mio parere è perfetta x decorare).</span></div>

<span style="color: purple; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Prima di tutto per il ragù dovrete tritare le cipolle e stufarle con un goccio di acqua, poi mettete la carne e fate cuocere finchè da rossa diventa marroncina, a questo punto mettete il pomodoro abbassate e fate cuocere per almeno 1ora e mezza anche 2 controllando di tanto in tanto che non si asciughi troppo e regolando di sale e eventuali aromi.</span><br />

<span style="color: purple; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Nel frattempo preparate la besciamella Dukan* con 250 ml di latte scremato 20 gr maizena (che saranno 10 a porzione quindi un tollerato) sale e pepe e noce moscata.</span><br />
<span style="color: purple; font-family: "georgia" , "times new roman" , serif;">Sciogliete la maizena nel latte freddo poi portatelo a ebollizione leggera finchè si addenserà e insaporite a piacere con sale pepe e noce moscata.</span><br />

<span style="color: purple; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Per prima cosa montiamo la panna bella soda, poi mescoliamo lo yogurt bianco intero con lo zucchero e uniamo la pana delicatamente senza smontarla. </span><br />
<span style="color: purple; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Nel frattempo facciamo la crema di frutti di bosco con frutti di bosco surgelati messi in padella a fuoco bassissimo, quando sono cotti (circa 10 minuti) spegnamo il fuoco e li frulliamo poi li passiamo attraverso un colino per togliere i semini. Se volete potete mettere un cucchiaio di zucchero per addolcirli un po'.</span><br />
<span style="color: purple; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Prendiamo 4 coppette e componiamo il nostro dessert: prima un po' del composto poi la crema di frutti di bosco poi altro composto e sopra gocce di cioccolato e meringhette.</span><br />

<span style="color: purple; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Per prima cosa setacciare tutti gli ingredienti secchi in un contenitore poi montare le uova con il miele e l'olio di cocco che dovrà essere liquido ma non bollente per non cuocere le uova, unire gli ingredienti liquidi ai secchi e mescolare finché tutto è ben amalgamato, trasferire nei pirottini di carta nella teglia e a questo punto guarnire con le fettine di pera (anche la banana ci sta bene credo).</span></div>
