spinaci lessati
prosciutto cotto gluten free

buona comunque!!

English

ingredients:

chicken breast slices (one each if two great otherwise)
spinach
ham gluten free
cheese (better the cheese slices but I did not have them)
toothpick to close
oil
salt

Tap the slices until they become thinner, then fill them with spinach, ham and cheese.
Secure with a toothpick, heat the oil in a frying pan and a teaspoon of butter and then put the meat.
Pour in the white wine and cook it covered for about 15 minutes.
If you have used the cheese slices you will have already a fantastic creamy sauce with which you can cover the rolls, (because otherwise the chicken is dry) in my case I didn't have the cheese slices so I used more grated cheese and two tablespoons of plain yogurt ... and it seems good!

Espanol

Ingredientes:

filetes de pechuga de pollo
espinacas
jamón sin gluten
queso
palillo de dientes para cerrar
aceite
sal
